Bears tried to kill this rally, but not having much luck- Nas still up quite a bit from yesterdays open

This is exactly why most mutual funds underperform. Van Wagoner Mid-Cap Growth (Nasdaq:VWMDX - News) manager Raiford Garrabrandt, for instance, recently slashed the fund's still-heavy tech stake to make room for health-care and retail stocks. He RECENTLY slashed the tech stake? I wonder what he held, and when he sold. I'll bet it was the bottom. And retail stocks have had their run... healthcare and biotech are good though... diversity is fine with me.
