hmmmm a gay cowboy facing "Obstacles on the Range".

Well I confess it would be a good name for a Spaghetti Western... but not with Clint, he is too tough... I think if we give the part to Owen Wilson, succeed is guaranteed...

Jazz... is also good... although there are some crazies out there too... i.e. Thelonious Monk was probably the craziest (at least when I used to follow music closer than I do these days and yes, it has been a while), some of his stuff I could take.... most NOT

There is a very talented artist... Keith Jarrett I first came across him with an album called Nude Ants... progressive Jazz... a little too "jumpy" for me... I thought I would never listen to his music again... years later I found out Keith Jarrett played Haendel and not only that but the man is a virtuoso... He also has a newer Jazz album, (I think), played at the Scala in Milan...

Even in Jazz i return to what I really like... i.e. Barroque. i love the Jaques Loussier trio (Play Bach Trio), he made arrangements of JS Bach, there was also a vocal group... can't remember... their name but it was similar to JL

Here is a good selection (clips only) of J. Loussier work it has Handel, Scarlatti, Pachellbel, Albinoni barroque/jazz can't get any better... -g

As well as... Bossa Nova [New Way] (a Brazilian marriage of Samba and Jazz)... with its classics like Elis Regina, Charlie Byrd Laurindo Almeida Vinicius de Moraes, Baden Powell, Luiz Bonfá, AC Jobim, Ary Barroso and others... [careful... not to confuse the real bossa nova with more modern and .... gooey stuff...]

As for "rocking" well we could try a session of "Batucada" but for that... we would need a a full fledged carnaval or a Soccer World Cup final too [with Brazil in it of course] -g

As far as this stionking market.... grrrr i got whipped sawed this AM and I hate when I fall for that... grrrrrr but now it seems to be going my way
