True, but then you stated that according to what IBM says everything is rosey and it's not a short. Long, or short time readers of this thread will know IBM has a myriad of problems. Try a full text search of "IBM" and "Earlie" that'll get you started, though some of the early better stuff is lost thanks to the decaying performance of the search function here.

read some of the "to's" and "froms" as well. It draws the picture of why some don't think IBM is a buy...in fact a good short candidate.

I'm standing back from it a bit at the moment because "it's needed" up till the elections, perhaps even Christmas. It's my #1 short target though.
