Banner Overseas Financial Services

1.75% yen loans are available for properties in Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada (BC, Alberta and Ontario) and the USA (NY, Washington State, Seattle, California).

The loans can be arranged through large international banks and are available for the purchase of residential properties or the refinancing of existing mortgages.

Applying for a loan is free. Loans will be approved (or not) usually within seven days of submitting a completed application. After a loan is approved, you have 6 months to find the property you wish to purchase. Because the loans are pre-approved you effectively become a cash buyer thus having more bargaining power during price negotiations.

If currency or interest rate movements create a situation where it would be more advantageous to have your loan in another currency the loan currency can be switched free of charge.

Other facts:

-Minimum loan: equivalent of US$100,000.
- High loan percentage: up to 755 of purchase price or valuation, whichever is lower
- Long loan term: up to 25 years or age 65 whichever is earlier
- Flexible repayment methods: Capital & interest or interest only

Because you live in Japan and have a yen income you have the ability to take advantage of Japan`s ultra low interest rates and begin, expand or refinance your property portfolio.

We can also help with tax and security issues related to your assets through trust and/or company structuring.
