Manny...good questions. For the moment we are neutral in the broad outlook. The bearish side gets confirmed with a move below the Oct 10 low and the bullish (correcting the decline from the March high) gets confirmed with a move over the August high. Anything in between can go either way until we get more evidence in the charts.

What is tax loss selling for mutual fund companies before the end of October. I thought tax calendar ends on December. Do mutual fund companies have a different set of rules or do they have to file and pay taxes every quarter?
