Well if you can point out the actions and the ratified treaty articles that you think they violate I might agree or I might not. Without that all I can say is I know of no violations. If I can recall where I saw the article[s] I'll pass it on. It was specifically the bio facility in Utah, they were doing some experimentation with at least one virus that they were not permitted to do under the treaty. On the other hand Neocon appeared to agree that it had occurred, odd that you didn't challenge him on it. <s> jttmab
