Emile, This is just a technical question. I don't get the family of four benchmark. Per person I would get. But does that mean they don't count singles or 3 person families or Dinks? I'm not trying to be sarcastic, for once in my life. I just don't understand how that benchmark is derived and why anyone would use it.
