You said It better than I could; Well the County just wised up.. taht stuff on the default books to make things look good was killing them.. Even if they do give it away , at least they have a chance of getting it back on the TAX rolls. I've been fighting them for over a year to get rid of that Minimum bid. Let it bring what it will but at least get it back on on the Tax roll.. No it's not no money down, if you bid you need the CASH..there and then. But I might get some cheap property as not a lot of people have as much cash as their hot cars & life style would have others think. Jim PS my recent poots are just starting to gain.
