What a shock it must have been to discover that two pension plans, closed to new members in 1980, would have a large number of retirees in them. <g>

What I understand is that they will float bonds and put the proceeds into the pension fund. Pension fund managers will buy more CSCO, INTC and MSFT or some telecom junk bonds. Right? -G-
