True but the claimed violations (at least most of them)... Actually, the PDF document never said that. Interesting thing about the human mind. What the pdf document said was A Guide to Provisions of the US Patriot Act and Federal Executive Orders that Threaten* Civil Liberties*, in the Tables, what you might attribute to "violations" doesn't say violations it says..How it can be misused I've had trouble with the IX myself. It's short, it appears understandable, I believe I understand the intent of the IX, but applying it can be difficult. You can have an issue, where it appears that protecting one person's right impacts another persons right. There's a lot of fist pounding that I do on the X ...Doctor assisted suicide for example, I don't have a position on it, it's difficult. But when the voters approve it, 3 times no less, and it's in the perogitive of the States...damn it, leave them alone. jttmab
