It worked; -) Here is 4 Head/Tail charts of the Dow. The First 2 will be 3 months
the Second 2 will be 5 days.
3 mo Head 5 up 2 down 4 even
3mo Tail 4 up to 7 down ;;
3 mo Not too bad as more money going into most liguid.

Now for the 5day
Almost a reversal..Head 4 up ; 7 down; Tail 5 up 3 even 3 down;
Short term the tail ( less liquid ) is trying hard to hold the Dow up..
as Money is easing out of the most liquid.

Short term I'll wait for the head to bottom and or start back up..
other wise I stay hedged with a few poots.
-------
In a bull market the Tail can out run the head..
but at least you'l find most all of them moving up.
Rotation is not a good sign.
In a bull market most every one is happy with what they got.
---------
Another thing if a bull maket starts then "dead cat bounces"
pay off good when a stock gets killed.
But there are no or very few dead cat bounces in a bear.
Look over the last week and find stocks that got slamed
really hard, 20% or more ( did they give a money making bounce in a day or
2 or 3 ? ) if most didn't we still have a bear.
DCBs only work in good markets.
The early sign of a Bear if you watch it is when
the DCBs which were working stop being a good play.
-------
I learned that DCB thingy the HARD ( & expensive ) way.
