maybe...some more than others... 'CRM' is not the glue imho, once SAP, ORCL et al... gain a little traction connecting process flow changes SEBL is dust ERP drives the transaction flows DSS drives the decision flows where is Marketing in all this? I lump them in with DSS though many are attempting a 'CRM' type application ;) where are Portals and 'Search'? well on both sides with SAP buying TOP TIER and Autonomy, Hummingbird and Epicentric being squeezed by the ERP vendors. Business Objects, Cognos, et al... are solid MFST may well contribute to the final chapter of SEBL...not buying but crushing i guess we'll see regards, ynot :)
