Hmmm...I was thinking that we give back some on continued earning news this week. I was listening to Chuck Hill of first call on the radio yesterday. He was ridiculing the notion that earnings have improved and that there was any justification for the recent rally and that it is a bit premature. He felt that there would/should be a pullback on this rally as we wrap up earnings season. He said that there were a couple of economic numbers coming out in November but after that nothing until January since the holidays would postpone most mid quarter warnings. Without the potential for negative input, he said the market would likely trend higher into the end of the year.
