As far as capitulation goes, I really think that there is a whole class of investors who have had their accounts on autopilot who still need to capitulate. I really don't think much of the buying that we are seeing is retail investors, but I think that there is a huge amount of stock out there that hasn't been sold by the retail investors yet. you don't count anymore, you short stocks:-)
