Bush now rated the WORST EVER. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt rating him the worst in 50, then 75 years up to now, but he's pathetic. Downgrading him further is the right thing now. His Administration War of Terror cannot be tolerated any longer for our sake and that of the next generations. Moronic RWEs here claim Clinton and Carter were worse...LOL Gimme a break, denialists!!!Clinton was a great president(I was a Republican til 2000), and Carter was OK, but had lots of external problems that he could not safely dispose of. JMHO
