Lets see who "Knows when to hold them, and knows when to fold them." Sad state of affairs (foreign affairs) when global tactics become poker playing tactics and hopin for the best. That is not a plan, it is a coin toss. The tactic would probably sum up this whole Iraq initiative. Poorly thought out. Regime change with a bomb? Can't see it. Major covert support for internal overthrow seems a safer plan I would think. At the moment the seeds appear to be ready to germinate and the N & S no-fly zones allow containment. I'd bet UN sec. council countries would love to ignore a covert attack on the regime. JMO. C
