If the pumps fail, what does that mean?> Just on line Steve and i saw that pump at about 12:30am EST, and it was NDX=13 and SPX=4, and i said if that mini-pump fails that will be a significant point for the bears as it would show weakness on the Bull side maintaining control. Now i see NDX has three topside knocks at high resistance and two lowside knocks at 952 area. As i say we need an EOD Bear victory. We close below 952 on NDX the bears have the the ball in my view.Max
