I can go on like this all day.. but I challenge anyone..

And you probably will, but why not challenge TT or RA, they made the statement. In fact, they are willing to put their claims on paper while you rant and rave.

It all about credibility. Where's yours?

Beep, Beep. Your Austin Mini is waiting.

I'll agree with you on the last line of your post.

The $75 an ounce until proven is not believable.

But, remind you that:

RONALD L ATWOOD, PH.D, 58
Vice President of Operations
Member, Board of Directors

Currently serves as Vice President of Bolivian Copper Chemical Company, S.A., in La Paz, Bolivia, which has recently entered into an agreement with an Australian resource company for the development of a large copper deposit in Bolivia.
Served on the board of Newmont Exploration, as well as Chief Metallurgist for Foote Mineral (1975-82), Director of Research for Newmont Gold (1986-87) and Newmont Metallurgical Services (1987-89), all divisions of Newmont Mining.
Has been a professor of metallurgy at Michigan Tech (1972-74) and the University of Idaho (1974-75).
Holds numerous patents in the field of extractive metallurgy.
Published nine papers on various aspects of metallurgy.
Received a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Metallurgy from the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He says $75 per ounce is achievable in this case.

american dreamer, you're still comparing apples and oranges. You DO realize, don't you, that ANY heap leach type operation is much more expensive than GE's blockcaving of placer gold? What you need to find for comparison purposes is another large placer deposit that can be mined by similar means. Newmont looked for one for a number of years, unsuccessfully.
