while judging by the trading thus far... it has no impact, or very little. does the 6.5 million now show up in future qtrs? <g> I don't know. will gold at 450/oz solve all of their problems? perhaps, and in style. personally, i think the outstanding hedges have held them back through the two strong rally periods in the last year....i.e. their performance underwhelmed me in comparison to the others who are unhedged. can i prove anything by that? no. however, if funds want to jump on a miner when the right day arrives, cap size will be important, and NEM certainly has that. not sure if this helps.
