08:19 ET ROOM Hotels.com beats by $0.04; boosts 2003 above consensus (56.77) Reports Q3 earnings of $0.45 per share, $0.04 better than the Multex consensus. Revs rose 83.5% year/year to $277.4 mln vs the $252.9 mln consensus. ROOM's preliminary 'budget' for 2003 is EPS of $2.28 on revs of $1.4 bln (consensus $2.18 and $1.27 bln). Co's current outlook for2004 is for growth of at least 45% in revs, cash net income and EBITA over 2003's preliminary budget.
