Our good buddy Rumsfeld, one of the pack hired into government originally by Nixon, was a big fan of giving Iraq weapons of mass destruction in the 1980's, specifically the poison gas used on Iran as well as the Kurds.

Nice fantasy. Iraq made its own poison gas it was not given to Iraq by Rumsfeld or by the US federal government.
