T. Belden was certainly a criminal and deserves whatever he gets. But the manipulation of prices did not cause the energy shortage. The failure to approve the building of new power plants for 10 years did. Indeed, had there not been a shortage, Belden would not have been able to do what he did.

No apology required, nor shall it be forthcoming.
