Pearly: I rarely bet against the Mythman, but I am this time. From my perspective, the market has enjoyed a nice bear market rally that was fueled by a massive put buying spree as well as an inordinate move by too many folk to the short side. Most of those unfortunates have been fried or have just grit their teeth and survived it. With the cannon fodder exhausted, we should slowly but surely return to a quiet bleed-off.
