Management to Provide Interim Business Update and Address Questions

American Technology Corp. (Nasdaq:ATCO) has scheduled an interim
conference call/webcast for shareholders, investors, industry
analysts, and members of the media to discuss the company's recent and
current business.
The call is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
on Tuesday, October 29.
