Are you assuming that with Conway at psft and Larry back that Siebel doesn't have the best sales/mktg people anymore? In the past sebl sales/mktg killed peoplesoft/vantive, but that was the laid back Duffield days (not knocking Duffield mind you- he built a great company but in the area of CRM sales, Tom killed the psft team)... anyway Conway is there now so everybody's sales force is ex-Oracle I'll bet. My feeling was that Siebel could adopt whatever technology was gaining momentum, maybe not develop the best products but sell them best. That has worked in the past. Lizzie
