Carl, you'd have to believe the police tape every single call that comes into their hotline. They now know exactly which caller really was him. Assuming he didn't disguise his voice, why not broadcast his rantings all over the airwaves? Surely someone will be able to figure out who it is! Throw in a sample of his handwriting and I bet this guy gets nabbed in less than a day. My only other advice would be to warn the public of the possible consequences when you do so (i.e. a rage-induced shooting spree) so they can at least take some form of precaution. - Jeff
