I work for Robb & Stucky so you should be familiar with our affiliations especially with WCI. Things are changing by the moment. Interior Designers are still busy but with less extravagant projects. I typically do complete buildouts on high rises or big homes in the Brooks etc. I'm going crazy right now with installations but not presenting many new proposals. Ms. MoneyPenny.

I've seen some of that too. Not just the stock market though. You just can't get much interest on you're money these days.
Then again a lot of people are just plain cashing in tax free and getting out of dodge.

As far as the slowing of the high end, this appears to be happening. However, most are holding their price hoping for "season" in FL to bring a buyer.

I remember when all there was in Bonita was a gas station on 41.
