If the comcast sale has been approved by the ftc, then the deal will be announced with comcast; if the sale has not yet been approved, the deal will be announced with att.

The is no love lost between att and what used to be called RoadRunner [2o million users] which was Times Warner, before it became AOL.

Microsoft has been involved in AT&T Corp.'s $47 billion sale of AT&T Broadband to cable operator Comcast Corp. . That deal calls for Microsoft to convert its $5 billion investment in AT&T debt into 115 million shares of AT&T Comcast, the new company to be formed by merging AT&T Broadband and Comcast, giving it a vote in what would be the nation's largest cable network. MSN executives had been part of the deal negotiations.
