What's laughable about calling it an illegal pump? It's illegal to conspire to manipulate prices and it's illegal for the govt to intervene in the stock market for the purposes of achieving a desired price level. Do you maintain that neither of the above are happening? Look at the 2pm bar on a 30 min chart for any NDX 100 stock. Tell me where the volume surge came from. Did it come from genuine investors who heard the Beige Book announcement and decided it was a good time to buy?
