Where will these high trained professionals find a similar income? Or where will there be an increase of jobs created to make up for the slack created in this area? Technology constantly destroys jobs in one place and creates them somewhere else. Not everyone is able to adapt. Some will find themselves swimming from one occupation to another adapting the skills they learned in one and bringing them to the next. Its unrealistic in the modern world to expect to maintain the same occupation throughout your working career.
