Not at all. A roman candle is not a military weapon. Bazookas would be the successor to varius other military rockets and further back their ancestors would be small siege weapons.

Your analogy is wildly inapt. A roman candle was never a weapon, nor in common use by members of the citizen militia. Nor is it the NRA that considers the ownership of rifles and pistols to be protected, it is settled law. The only arguments are over what constitutes "infringement"......
