Long Island closing median home price down about 7% from Aug-Sept according to MLS realtor.

September 2001 closing median price approximately $295,000, August 2002 high was approximately $375,000. September 2002 looks to be around $350,000.

Sharpest drop I've seen since I've been watching the stats in early 2001.
