Looks like a possibility news.bbc.co.uk and remember, their voting machines are fairly advanced electronic machines... they may actually be a democracy opps, just noted this little item (on $240Bn debt) "In August the IMF stepped in with a $30.4bn bail-out package, but most of the money is not available until after the elections."
