16:22 ET SSTI Silicon Storage meets EPS consensus on light revs (4.47 +0.22)
Posts a Q3 loss of $0.01 a share (ex-items), $0.01 better than the Multex consensus. Revs fell 8.6% to $67.8 mln (consensus $70.33 mln). For Q4, co sees a loss of $0.03 to $0.05 (consensus $0.00).

Company reports Q3 earnings of $0.19 per share in line with the Multex consensus estimate for earnings of $0.19 per share; reports Q3 revs of $9.98 bln, vs consensus of $9.96 bln; the company also announced it will restate its financial results for the quarters ended September 30, 2000 through the quarter ended June 30, 2002, which will reduce, in total, revenues by $190 million and EBITDA by $97 million.
