EBAY falls on secondary rumor (62.90 -0.71)
Market talk of a secondary offering is contributing to weakness in the stock. Apparently driving the rumor is the Nov 13 unlock date of 7.87 mln shares of PayPal stock, information on which can be found in eBay's Aug. 28 S-4 filing with the SEC.
