Au contraire. The whole point of the exercise back then, which of course you totally missed, was that SI was openly violating their own TOU. I simply insisted that they abide by them. Exact same point I'm still making. If there are rules, they should to all. Including those who make them, and including those who would break them for what they consider good reasons. I've never met anybody, though, who admitted to breaking rules for bad reasons. Surprise, surprise.
