Nadine, did you just read the footnote? My earlier post gives the first part of the entire article. But it was so long you have to go to the site to see it all. It has footnotes and appears to be very professional. It's the first time I read this magazine. It takes a while to read the article in it's entirety and,in fact, I read it twice. I am interested in your opinion because it is a Conservative Publication and yet I agree with the whole premise and the arguments seem very intelligent. I don't mean to pressure you to read it, but I found it to be so relevant to all the discussion here.
