I picked up a new dishwasher from Sears yesterday. It was necessary to drive nearly 15 miles out of town using terribly smudged and actually unreadable directions and a map provided by the local retail store. The warehouse was unmarked. I think Sears is a short. No company can survive that makes things so inconvenient for its customers. That's what you would expect in a communist economy. Except then you wouldn't even end up with a dishwasher.
