Grupo Iusacell SA is a Mexican wireless-communications operator
that serves less than 10% of the market.

Iusacell added 268,978 gross cellular subscribers in the latest
quarter, ending the period with 2.18 million clients. The company
said its total cellular subscriber base rose 28% for the quarter,
compared with a year ago.
