<< EndItAll 2 has a lot of bells and whistles but nothing that I need that the 1st version doesn't have. I used the 2nd version with W2K once then deleted it. I never tried it with XP. >>

I've been using EndItAll 2 with XP (Pro on two systems. Home on another) for at least 6 months.

I have about 10 processes set up to allow a kill and another dozen or so "locked" (protected).

No problems whatsoever, and I use the Kill All option regularly, but I took considerable care setting it up and choosing what to protect and what to allow a kill on.

Someone here (perhaps TC) provided a good link or two on programs and processes that run in the background that can be shut down, and those that shouldn't be.
