What was it you threatened to do to me in 3D? I forget. Nah, I don't. N and I both thought, as you intended us to, that you were going to sue us! But in your secret mind, you weren't! You know how I know? Because you've told me so! About the other case in which you took an SI matter to 3D, maybe that was another case of you just pretending you were going to sue somebody. I mean that a "client" of yours was going to. What a trickster! How is one to know what one is being threatened with in 3D when one is dealing with X? Could be a lawsuit, could be just to do some other, mysterious, 3D thing that that person will not like!
