One early Saturday morning......

after a night out.....drinking a bit......

a Blue Jay in heat perched upon my neighbors roof started to call in his harem.....

the shrill sounds mixed poorly with my hangover.....

so I opened the window.....and stuck my lever action .22 out.....

and I shot the little prick.

In Washington State they are more sophisticated--they use a gravel pit.

The investigation leading to the six arrests started on Sept. 29, 2001, when a Skamania County, Wash., sheriff's deputy responding to a noise complaint discovered some people in "Middle Eastern attire" firing weapons at a gravel pit. The sheriff's department contacted the FBI.
