why not? regardless.

at a point where debt holders will settle, and equity is cheap enough, given you can raise the cash......

why wouldn't some firms try to leave their public listing at this point.... they certainly aren't going to raise more money (a la printing it in shares) the way they could during DotCon. the bankers are gone, the analysts are gone, no one is listening, and hype gets about as much attention as a vomit bag from the guy next to you in coach.

just part of the evolution.
