I just don't see a Muslim religious fundamentalist writing "I am God" on a Tarot card :)

Seriously, that would be sacrilege of the highest order. Besides, I am not sure how comfortable a Muslim fanatic would be with a Tarot card showing the face of a man (personifying "Death"). Drawing people is no-no in Islam (Mouhammmed did not want people to worship him after his death) and devout Muslims have a severe allergy to facial depictions.
