He described "a phenomenon in intelligence work, that people who are pursuing a certain hypothesis will see certain facts that others won't, and not see other facts that others will." "The lens through which you're looking for facts affects what you look for," he added" Yeah, right. Wolfawitz and VonRumsfeld are objective. Anyone who as ever acted as the client or the researcher on a large research project knows how to skew the results derived and presented. If there are so many agencies studying the same problem lets do research on their results to get the essence of the quintessence!
