Rocky;

You clearly read an article and see the words you want to see...

Ballmer did NOT say that Microsoft had peaked, he said that the past quarter's earnings were an anomaly. Like any responsible officer of a company, he was trying to ensure that shareholders and analysts expectations were not improperly inflated. No one likes suprises, especially ones to the downside.

Second, and most importantly, I believe there are still laws against publicly (and in writing)accusing people of illegal acts without supporting evidence and their due process being granted in a court of law. I have seen no proof, legal or otherwise that Microsoft's new licensing program is illegal in any way, and no court has ruled to the contrary.

Care to offer some support of your statement that Microsoft in engaged in an illegal activity that only you seem to be able to substantiate, or will you be mature enough to admit that it is rubbish and gracefully withdraw it?

i think we all know the answer...
