Every day I am astonished at resources and cooperation of US agencies. We hear a lot of bears saying that old PC's are adequate and the industry is flat Thats a crock- imagine the jammed phones lines , delays, and LD costs if we did not have the Web, E-mail, wireles phones, and computers.Including supercomputers to sort the data involved in the Sniper case. Much involved comes from our school syatem, a common language, and a political structure providing everyone a voice without the fear of a police state. And a basic income that permits nearly everyone to afford a wireless phone. . Can you get this close cooperation in such a short time from Ireland+ Scotland + England - or a country having 100 different languages or dialects?
