I read what was posted on the thread, and it appears that the justices were rather hostile to the FCC position. A lot of times you can't tell what the justices are thinking because they ask questions opposed to their personal thoughts; however, I have always thought that the FCC was way off base in the case and was very surprised the Supreme Court even took the case.
