Not sure why traders would buy a stock that has almost doubled in less than 3 weeks. its not traders.. I guarantee you that over 80% of the buying in EXPE is mutual fund money chasing performance. its easy to buy with OPM, nothing to lose and a nice big fat performance check if you beat the averages or your peers. With a 50%+ short position, EXPE is an easy target for funds looking to pad up their end of month numbers.. Nothing new, we've all been here.. You might want to look at April 2003 40 puts.. trading at around $1.70 Israel..

yes i learned that is what happens mutual funds buy any stock with a rising revenue curve and rising earnings . EXPE is not a bs stock but it is not worth anywhere near what the company really is worth --not even half--- MF's keep buying with no regards on how high and above it trades its intrinsic value. AMAZING how many times they keep repeating this--- and it always ends the same--- company dissapoints one quarter--stock goes down 38% and then it just trades down to oblivion . EXPE, ROOM and many others fill this model. Anyone notice how CB keeps downticking?? might get ugly
