Its not gibberish at all. It documents the weapons of the Iraqi air force. None of the aircraft or missles were made in the US. If you looked at Iraq's army either now or at the time of the Gulf War you would also find very little that was made in the US.

You're quite welcome. That particular gibberish documented that the US and Britain were not the parties that primarily armed Iraq.
